Andrea took the worry out of a stressful sale of our family home
From the start, Andrea met with us and explained the relevant market and comparable homes and strategically set a price that brought in numerous offers. She helped us with both the legal and aesthetic preparation for the home sale. Most importantly, she understood that this was an emotional time for the family (my grandfather built the home and it was in the family since the 1950s), and treated the whole transaction with gravity and compassion as we said goodbye to our home.
